These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alliance Team app, provided by Alliance Team by Pillar To Post. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep your profile details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your local Alliance Team office immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

The app lets you request and coordinate home inspections. A booking submitted through the app is a request, not a guaranteed appointment, until it is confirmed by the Alliance Team branch office serving your area. Availability, pricing, and scheduling are set by that office. Inspection services themselves are governed by the separate written inspection agreement you sign for each inspection, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain access to another user’s account or data, to interfere with the operation or security of the app, or to copy, scrape, or redistribute its content without permission. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

The app, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Alliance Team by Pillar To Post or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

The app may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as the Pillar To Post dashboard, Google reviews, and HubSpot. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information presented in the app is for convenience and general reference only and is not a substitute for your inspection report or the professional advice of your inspector.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Team by Pillar To Post will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the app, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
